Took my Kia Sorento there for a door latch after it was stolen in Milwaukee. Micah Wesbey, the technician, went above what I'm used to when it came to the care and service of my vehicle. The service writer, Michael Davies, made it very easy to understand the entire process and explained another problem that the technician noticed when he took the door apart. When it came time to pay, Ann Stenke was most understanding when I needed to pay remotely. She quickly provided me with everything I needed. It was timely and affordable. Thank you!

Kezra made the car buying experience more positive than I ever could imagine. She made it so calm and I felt heard, it was a human experience, where elsewhere I’ve felt like I’m not even a part of it, it’s just about the sale. It was fun, relaxing, real, and easily the best experience I think you could have buying a car. Will definitely work with Hall automotive in the future, and Kezra will be my go to.
