I’ve been taking my vehicles to Ervs for about 10 years now, and I am always satisfied with their work. They get my car back to me very timely and efficiently, with very reasonable pricing. I never feel like I’m being upsold something that I don’t really need. Adam and Rob run a great business, are extremely down to earth and easy to talk to. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
We have used Erv's on several occasions. Adam and his crew are very knowledgeable. They listen to what you have to say. They don't try to sell you on something you don't need. I would recommend them for all your automotive needs.
Good people, maybe too busy. High Priced. Poor Communication. Never called when they said, had to call them which they make you very uncomfortable for doing. Took them 3 days to do something they could have done in 3 to 4 hours. Couldn't fix my engine light so I paid for their fail. Makes me wonder about their diagnostic abilities on simple wiring. There should have been a little give here with all the other cash cow work I had done at the same time. So yes, not happy with paying $750 to have oil changed and a front end alignment. The good: They can change oil.
