If I could give 10 star I would Ryan and team was amazing. I was blown away when I had a issue with the tow company was delayed and the call me wondering were the car was.

Body & Trim work on my relatively new mini-van. Quality work. They were able to clearly answer all the questions I had. Work was completed in a timely fashion.

I would like to recognize Ryan for his exceptional professional service that I received from him from the time I first contacted him, throughout the repair process, and even after I picked up my car at the Delafield WI Caliber Collision! This was the first time I was involved in a claim/auto body repair, and he immediately put me at ease by taking the time to explain the entire process to me, answer my questions, collaborate with the rental car company for me, and provide me with continuous updates so I knew what to expect. His knowledge, experience, friendly/approachable customer service style, and excellent communications turned what could have been an unpleasant experience into an amazing experience. He even responded quickly to answer my questions a while after I picked up my car. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the repair on my car and the amazing client experience I had from the entire Caliber team! The automated text alerts were a welcomed added bonus too. My car looks brand new on the inside and out! Consider me to be an incredibly happy customer! I hope I never have another situation that requires a repair again, but if I do, I’m definitely coming back. You can count on me to highly recommend Caliber Collision to all of my family and friends!
