I went to Brien tonight for an oil change for the first time after being turned away at Walmart because they weren’t equipped to work on my Fiat apparently. I asked the Hartford sites where to go and Brien came highly rated. So I contacted him and he got back to me right away. I asked him some questions and he was beyond knowledgeable and upfront with everything for me. He taught me many things and made sure I was aware of how he handled things on his end. He treated me with respect and kindness. Sometimes as a female you are talked down to when it comes to your car. I have had numerous bad experiences and Brien didn’t even come close. He was AMAZING. Not only did he do a good job, his pricing was more then fair and he gave me a detailed inspection report with photos and written descriptions so I would be aware of everything on my vehicle.
