Steve is very good to work with. He did a great job fixing my cvo typhoon maroon saddle bag for my 2012 street glide. The saddle bag looks brand new again. And was very fast getting job done and parts back to me in a few days. Pricing was very fair also. Would recommend his shop for any painting or repair you need he can help you.

I recently wanted to purchase a pack for my husband's birthday with without him knowing and I could not find one that I could get in the timeline I needed it in. I talked to Steve at HD and CVO painted parts and I'm very pleased with the product in the timeline that it took to get here, even though it was an odd color That he had issues with he is good at what he does. The quality of the product shows. I would recommend him to anyone who has a motorcycle.

Highly professional and knowledgeable! Everything ordered was exactly as expected and arrived promptly. Also willing to answer customer questions about installation of any parts purchased! I highly recommend this business for any HD needs.
Beware. Steve will take your money and never get the work done. You will get months of excuses. He will be nice at first until you have had enough and call him out. It took the involvement of the Hartford police to get my parts and some of my money back. He will retaliate here with a vulgar response. I have documented conversations to back my claims. I also have documented conversation with others that have experienced the same. Google his name. See for yourself. Beware.

Apr 24, 2024The customer requested a refund because he did not want the parts as he was trying to trade his bike off. We were called and notified by the dealership of this. He tried to lie about the amount he had given as a deposit, even though we had it written down on his paperwork. He was given his color match back and his refund. This guy was a total fake liar Harley wannabe. Once I finally called him out then he started threatening and more. Other Shop should be aware of this guy. Tried to cause problems with the other dealerships we do business with as well . Not a customer you want to have. lol at his reviews, he bashes everyone!
