I'm extremely satisfied with the repairs done to my vehicle. I'm VERY particular when it comes to detail and how my vehicle looks and I can say they did an amazing job on bringing it back to the 'new' condition it was in prior to being rear-ended. The staff was friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. Jimmy was patient with me and gave me the reassurance I needed that my vehicle was in great hands. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend!

Pro level customer service start to finish. Susan the office manager got me in for an estimate within an hour of calling. Todd the general manager was very knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment. The team was able to book my repair for a week I was traveling for work so no rental was needed. Their communication throughout the repair was great. My truck was done exactly when promised and was perfect. The best possible repair experience. A+++

I had a great experience at Caliber in Franklin. Steve S. did a wonderful job fixing my bumper ding and my brand new car looks brand new again! Stellar work, I would highly recommend.

Caliber Collision located in Franklin, WI on Rawson Ave is hands down the best body repair shop in town. Their manger Todd was excellent with customer care always providing me updates on how far their were coming along with repairs and was always genuinely nice! Steve in the body shop department did an excellent job as well can't even tell there was any damage from before. And the paint job was phenomenal too clearly matched with the previous color on the vehicle. I recommend any family or friends to come to this location for repair work!!

Sue, Todd, and the entire team at Caliber Collision are top notch. I took my car in to replace a damaged lock (from a break in) and they got the job done within one business day. I went to Caliber after getting a $3,000+ estimate from the dealer. Caliber’s cost was astronomically lower AND they were competent, kind, professional, timely. They even cleaned my car’s interior and exterior?! After shopping around for auto repair I hands down recommend them.
