Roman really helped out! Came in for a quote on a little scuff from a parking lot incident. Roman showed us how the car didn’t need dent repair and he even cleaned off the paint transfer for no cost or issue, now it looks like nothing happened!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! This shop has some of the worst communication I have ever seen. My car was damaged in a hit and run and I was referred here through insurance. They said the repairs would take 7 business days. This was on September 26, 2023. On October 4th, I received a text saying the car would be ready on October 6th (8 business days after drop off). I was unfortunately out of town, so I could not pick up the car on the 8th. To coordinate a pick up time, I reached out on Monday, October 9th- to my disbelief, they said the repairs WERE NOT DONE after almost 10 business days!!! I received very little communication about the state of my car during repairs, and even when picking up the car I was given no details or clarification on what exact work was completed or the “part” that “needed to be ordered” (on the phone I was told a new bolt was needed, yet in person I was told that the entire passenger’s side headlight was what they were waiting on). Oh well, at least I got the car back, right? WRONG! The next day as I was driving to work, a piece from under the hood FLEW off of my car, into traffic, and finally settled on the side of the highway. I was shocked. After over two weeks, my car is still not fixed! I called immediately and after a scheduling error on my part, I was able to make it into the store on October 14th. I expressed my frustrations with them and the process, and little accountability was taken. They said they needed to order a new part for my car and it should be here by Monday, October 16th. Well the 16th and 17th have come and gone, and I have had no response. I tried calling during business hours, did not get an answer, and could not leave a message because the voicemail box was full. This entire process has been painstakingly long, and to top it off I no longer feel safe driving my car. I am extremely disappointed with Calliber Collison and their services, so again I urge you to look for another shop of your car needs servicing.
