My car's only place to go shoe shopping. They always have time available close to our arrival, if not right away. On the chance our favorite fit isn't in the right size at the right moment, he usually has it delivered by the next day at the latest. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Seems like they used to be more friendly and helpful in the past. Now good luck getting them to pick up the phone. Could be just a staffing issue but feels like an attitude issue. Hope they work it out either way.
