Brought my SUV to Mastertech and recieved excellent customer service, prompt repairs and above and beyond assistance from them! I will definitely bring my business back to them! Highly recommended!

They are not honest with their estimates. Took my vehicle to get looked at, and they gave me an estimate with parts, labor, shop fees and tax. Then after getting it repaired they charged me $100 more then what the estimate included. I checked the receipt of the work done to my vehicle and it matched the estimate they gave me before but for some reason they charged me $100 more for taxes even tho the original estimate included the taxes in the final price. They also had my vehicle for quite a while and were constantly delaying when I was able to get it back. This shop is a bit pricey as well they always charge a lot for labor compared to other shops in the Green Bay Area

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GO TO THIS WORKSHOP, THEY REALLY SCAMED ME, I TAKEN THE CAR TWICE FOR A PROBLEM, THEY CHARGED ME TWICE *$1188 + $1247 FOR A TOTAL OF $2437, AND THEY DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM, EACH TIME I GO TO CLAIM WARRANTY THEY COME OUT WITH THAT IT IS SOMETHING OTHER, IN THE END I LEFT WITHOUT A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM AND WITHOUT MY MONEY, PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE

I've been taking my car to this guy for years! Every since he was on Main Street. He's a superb mechanic, honest and fairly priced. I finally broke down and bought a new car, plus I have moved to the Westside so I haven't seen him lately. But the truth is that you won't find a better independent auto-repair shop in Green Bay.

Kevin was recommended to me by another mechanic.. When the rear calipers hung up he got us back o the road quickly and at a reasonable cost and the price quoted was the price I was charged. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my vehicle back to him! Thanks to Kevin and his staff!
