Just purchased a 2013 Mercedes ML 350 from Jason at page auto he was a pleasure to work with very knowledgeable and thorough and explaining anything we had questions about for the vehicle he also explained maintenance schedule and other things about it since it is a diesel model and let us know when the next time we need to bring it in for service overall Pleasant and will return to page auto for business

A couple months ago I was headed out of town and I ran over a nail on the highway. I had purchased my car at Page Auto so I drove it over there as I was very close to their store. They took my car in immediately, my tire was completely flat. After about 25 minutes my tire was checked over and patched and I was on my way. They charged me absolutely nothing for their time. I was very thankful for the kindness shown that day!

Went in to ask a few questions about some issues I was having with my BMW. When I asked for help, the behind the counter said I don’t have an opening for a month and I’m not in the business of free advice. All I wanted was them to watch a short video and maybe get a check this part out in return. No reason for the reply I got. Will not go back

Hey Rigo We are confused about what you are unhappy about. You walked in and asked to talk to a technician so they could give you recommendations on how to fix your car yourself. It is not fair to our customers that have their cars in for service to have the technician stop working on their car to explain to you how to fix your car. I recommend you search Google or youtube. They are a good source of information for do it yourselfers. You wanted us to get your car in immediately for service. We explained we are very busy at this time and offered you our next available appointment. We are sorry we could not get your car in for service sooner. With the workforce shortage, especially on skilled technicians, sometimes it takes longer than we like to get a car in the shop. We don’t believe any of this justifies your negative review.

Just bought a vehicle from Page Auto last month and I have had a great experience, they are very good to their customers and they keep their word. My family also has bought vehicles from them and they have had good experiences as well! I highly recommend them
