WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The expertise at this shop is outstanding. I was told by a local auto shop my car's transmission went out and I needed over $4000 to have it fixed, my Dad said, "let's call Eric for a 2nd opinion." And I'm so happy we did!! It was not my transmission!!! My car was fixed the same day and Eric saved me thousands of dollars!!! They are very knowledgeable and explained everything to me!! On top of it all they have the BEST jokes and conversation, just overall Good Guys!!!
Fixed my Saab (2000), great work very reasonably price, very knowledgeable. We will be using Erics automotive on any future repair that we have.
They were less expensive than the dealership, and the customer service was much better. It was a fantastic experience all around! They were honest and straightforward about what needed to be done and when it needed to be done. I will get all my repairs and maintenance done here from now on!
