I’ve been using this mechanic shop for over a year. They’re very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear. Before moving to Green Bay, I performed all my own maintenance and repairs. The current place I live I would break the lease performing any repairs and live 1 hour away from a garage I can use. I have used this shop 2 times this past year, 1 when I trusted someone to upgrade my brakes at home. I had to go to them to completely redo the brakes properly. When the said person put my lugs back on stripped out wheel screws by cross threading. Other mechanics were telling me the only way to fix that was to replaced wheel hubs and bearings. The second time I went back to him I told him about the wheel hubs and bearings and that I needed a new alternator. If he could do both it’d be great. Explained that the wheel screws were stripped, and everyone was telling me to just replace wheel hubs and bearings. They examined my car and called me saying they were able to just rethread the current screws and didn’t need to replace the screws or wheel hubs and bearings. It’s hard to find a good honest mechanic and this is one of them! 10/10 would recommend without reservation.
