Brought my car to them to have a front end knocking noise diagnosed. After keeping my car for almost 3 hours, even woth an appointment. They called me with their diagnosis. So I ordered the parts which was lower control arm bushings and swaybar links and was told to get an alignment after switching them out. Well when I went to go change them out on the driver's side we noticed the ball joint boot was ripped so now I needed to get the whole lower control arm and they never even mentioned that to me. After spending close to 700 on parts, the inspection, and an alignment it didn't even take care of the issues. I ended up taking my car to Auto Select and had them look it. Auto Aces misdiagnosed my car issues and missed stuff. I literally spent more money then I needed, because should I had known about the ball joint in the first place I would have just order the control arms that came with the bushings, but since my tires were already off and things were already being taken apart. I just went to O'Reilly to the control arms. I do not recommend Auto Aces!

You bring your vehicle here with a problem and they fix everything but the problem!!! Then when you bring it back they want to charge you “MORE” for their mistake. Very unprofessional!!! We’ll never be back!!! Now I’m back at square one! I’m a single mom, struggling day to day and they screwed

Took my truck in for an exhaust repair and i did not get repaired done. They were looking to charge over 500 bucks so i decided not to repair it. As i picked up my truck and started drivinf i noticed they never closed my hood!! Lucky i noticed it and shut it. This could of been bad due to it was windy and i was on my way to get onto the highway!! Never going here again!!

Very good experience here, they work fast(i had both of my appointments completed within the day) and do quality work. The people have also been very pleasent. The last shop I went to was very expensive for what little they did, which had to be corrected, but I can say that here it is very worthwhile! Will be going here for any future work 👍👍👍
