Such a great experience every time! I really enjoy working with these guys. They are very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and friendly. I never feel stupid if I say "my car is making a weird noise, can you take a look at it?" He just says, "absolutely, let me see what I can find." He also tells me if something needs to be replaced right away, or of I can wait until I have the money. It's very refreshing when I'm someone who doesn't know anything about cars and just need someone nice who isn't going to rip me off.

Don't go here unless you want to throw away your money and tell you several times how wrong you are. The guy there had the gall to tell me that I was in the wrong and that I'm a liar! He has no respect and no customer service skills!! I will never do business with this company ever again!!!!

Do not trust this place, the owner (Nick) sold me a car where he told me that he had changed the battery and timing chains and that the car was fine, however on the way home the car turned off just when I was moving and as I could I moved to the side of the road putting my life and my wife's life at risk, I had to pay a tow truck to move it to my house and check it, realizing that the battery was not new and the engine also has flaws, I tried to contact the owner of the place and he did not answer or anything.

Brought my car in to be fixed for overheating also to have back (SUV) door fixed which needed a part. He said it would be in Friday. He returned the car said it was easy fix and to bring it back Friday and he would put the door part in. I asked him if it was safe to drive to St Paul. He said yes. Long story short! Stalled on busy street, was rear-ended when sitting still. Police & paramedics came. They put antifreeze in car, took care of me, and were kind enough to follow me 4 blocks ,to my appointment. I left there and made it to Chisago city, called him, said he may have to tow me. He never called me back. More antifreeze, made it home, stopped at shop, closed before 5. Called Monday said he had to leave early Friday. Asked if my part for door was in. Said he'd check and get back to me. He Never called me back at all. My car is at Larsen Chev . I will never use Lauber or recommend him to anyone for Any kind of service. There ISN'T SUCH A THING AS CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE DAYS.

Brought my Duramax here for a coolant leak. Got a new water pump installed, finally no more leaks and back on the road same day! Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you
