I can’t thank Ryan and the team at Advance Auto Clinic enough. I was heading up from Illinois to Green Bay Wisconsin for a fishing trip with my boys when our truck broke down unexpectedly. Ryan was able to diagnose and fix our truck in just a few short hours to get us back on the road. Without his top-notch customer service we wouldn’t have been able to make the trip or the memories that we made. Thanks again to Ryan and Advance Auto Clinic for coming to our rescue.

First time to AAA for an oil change and tire rotation. Highly recommended by a customer of mine. A After taking my car a man came out and showed me my cabin filter which was very dirty. He quoted me $80 for filter for a total of est $170. Dummy me agreed. After getting a $25 quote from Auto zone for same filter I was not feeling comfortable for what he was charging. First of all why was he in my car taking my glove box out??? I also looked how to replace it myself. I presented a $30 gift card at the time I brought the car in. So I was there 1 hr and 45 minutes with an appt. When I got the bill it was $179.00 including the gift card. So of course I questioned it. So the filter was actually $30 with an installation of $45 that was actually a few clips to install. But again why was he in my glove box and at this point was the dirty filter even mine? So he definitely lied. He heard me talking to the young girl at the counter but never addressed it. She was nice enough to give me the installation fee off but I never got the $30 gift card off from the original quote. I was looking for a mechanic that I could trust but it definitely won’t be AAA. I walked away feeling good about me questioning this kind of service to a brand new customer. So no I will not be back. Sad how people are these days!! When I got back in my car the front seat covers were not even put back on the seats
