Don's Auto Body is the only place I go when body work and paint is needed on any of my vehicles. They do excellent work and do it in the time they say they will. It's never fun having a car get damaged but having people that know how to make them right sure helps.
Had a vehicle collision was told to get an estimate of damages. Called Don and he told me to come by upon arrival he said the vehicle was too old for him to price and he was just wasting his time. Any instance he actually wasted my time by instructing me to come to his place of business which was 35 minutes away and then declined from giving an estimate. Absolute horrible business practices. Instructed me to go to the Chevy collision center to get an estimate. He obviously doesn’t have much to do if he’s declining work like this. Parking lot was empty.
Backed into something, brought it in to have notch filled and a little pdr. Very pleased. I often take a picture of my car's mileage before dropping off to have any work done, to make sure i know if someone went joyriding in my baby. After the work was done, not even 1 mile was added to my odometer. I appreciate the professionalism and good service from them as well.
Best body shop in the area. My family has used Don's for many years. Reasonably priced, honest and terrific work.
