Friendly,professional,willing to listen while you explain what happened. Did not have to wait .Another staff member would take pictures of the damage to your vehicle and talk with another member and immediately give me an estimate. Took less than 20 min. I also mentioned I needed my back brakes fixed soon and the nice person I was talking to wrote down a place auto repair shop with reasonable prices. That made my day trusted that staff suggestion.

This place is amazing! I worked with Brian Sullivan to get my car diagnosed and fixed and he was the most helpful person I’ve encountered in the car business in quite a while. He worked to pick up my car, diagnose it, fix it and dropped it back off all within a single day. Customer service was amazing, and I would recommend this place time and time again!

They do an amazing job

I was surprised to receive my vehicle back after repairs from a break in with blood and broken glass still in my vehicle. I have light leather interior and you could see the mud from the person who broke in and climbed all over my seats both front and back. No real effort was made to clean my vehicle in the month it was here other than a quick vacuum. I was then told I could come back to have it detailed so I arrived at the time discussed and was then told there was nobody there to detail my vehicle. I felt like i was a big inconvenience and was told multiple times they dont do details. One of the employees said he would do the best he could but my car was still not clean and definitely not considered detailed. This was upsetting because I was excited to get my vehicle back and try to forget about what happened but that was not the case at all as there is still evidence all over my vehicle. The window that was replaced was originally tinted and nobody thought to have it tinted to match until I brought it up and then had to make yet another trip back. Very upset and saddened by my experience as I chose this place because it had good reviews. I usually do not leave bad reviews but I am still very upset by my entire experience with this shop and would never trust taking my vehicle here again. Still dealing with issues to try to get my vehicle back to its original state.
