Terrible communication. Had to bring my car back several times and still wasn’t completely fixed. The shop manager (Brian?) is an absolute nightmare and is aggressive, accusatory and rude. Terrible terrible experience. Do not recommend!

5 stars! Crash champions was able to take my car the same day I called. Their communication throughout the process was great. They did an amazing job fixing my car, it looks brand new on the side that was hit. I was surprised to see that they even cleaned the inside. I feel like they went above and beyond. Highly Recommend!!!

I brought my car here earlier in the year and had no issues. I'm not sure if management changed or what, but I had a pretty horrible experience this second time around. My car was at this shop for over 2 months since a part was on back order. Communication was fine at first but when it was ready to be picked up, I wasn't notified. One of the girls in the office wasn't friendly at all. When I got in my car, it didn't even start. They had a tech come out and jump it after he had a hard time finding the battery...no explanation other than "you might need a new battery." My car was completely filthy with dust and smudges everywhere. Not to mention, now my brakes grind. After calling, the employee offered no apology or explanation to the brakes or dirty state it was left in. He said they didn't work on the brakes, and to take it to a different shop to look at if it's accident related....none of this was an issue with my car before I brought it in. I'll never take my car back here or recommend them to anyone.
