Absolutely the best experience ever at a repair shop! They were super clear about everything—from the problems they found to the advice from the technicians and the cost breakdown. The staff were really smart and friendly. Especially the owner - Swaran Singh, the way he looked into my issue and guided me through each and everything was just amazing. They fixed issues with my fleet that even the dealership and other shops couldn't, and they did it way faster. Even though they were crazy busy, they stayed on top of things and finished a day earlier than they thought. Plus, it ended up costing a bit less than they first said. Super happy with them! The owner (Swaran Singh) is a very reliable and knowledgeable. I looked around for a lot of places that weren't charging an arm and a leg to have some repair work done and here they were very affordable, accommodating, and did a great job! It's safe to say that I found a good mechanic I can now trust my fleet with.

Way better service than I would've expected! As usual, they respond quickly and keep you updated with your truck, and are thorough in explaining their procedures. They made sure I knew everything that was going on with my truck. Everyone is super friendly, very welcoming, and good customer service. I'd recommend this shop. Once again Half Mile Repair has went above and beyond, to be honest/thorough/timely! I took my truck in to have alignment, they said I didn't need one, and did not charge? WHO does this? Great customer service, they ask a ton of questions and always super friendly. If you are reading this, take your vehicle there and gauge for yourself.

This Truck repair is very fast, honest, reliable and did extra work on my truck without charging me. Best truck repair In WI. I will drive 10 hours just to come to them. They don't do shortcuts and charge you. Very reasonable prices. I probably won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

Traveling through, I began to notice a problem with a wheel and managed to make it here... The manager understood the urgency as we're traveling and made room for us. They helped me out in an emergency, more than I can express. They knew I was in a bad position and went above and beyond to help me get my tire replaced. Additionally, Swaran Singh made all the difference as he was keen on giving the best possible diagnostic and eventually found the issue which was easily corrected ...my son and I are grateful!

After i left the shipper, the trailer had air leak causing my compressor to engage more often than usual. After a mile or so my air pressure didn’t build up and i noticed a problem. Googled “road service near me” and came across these guys here at Half mile repair. Mechanic ended up replacing the internals on the air dryer and cleaned it out good, in less than an hour i was on the road again. Thank you guys, i will be using you in the future in case of mechanic issues. Good mechanics are hard to find!!!.. thanks♥️🙏

Half Mile Repair was incredible to work with! I had some major work that needed to be done on the entire Driver side of my Truck. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and communicated with me every step of the way. I received my Truck back and it looked brand new--inside and out! It was completely detailed inside and their work to repair was pristine! I highly recommend them for any auto bodywork!
