From the first phone call, Simmy was awesome did not hesitate to get me in next morning, even on their day off. Today, Sunday, they opened their repair shop just for me, fixing my foglight issue in 30-45 minutes at my appointment. I wholeheartedly recommend them – 1000% I had the best time waiting I will be back because I just moved to town and I needed a mechanic. I found one. I will be back for any future mechanical repairs that I can’t figure out on my own.

These guys are definitely honest. Despite the check engine light on my Box Truck, they could’ve charged me a fortune. However, they took the honest route, revealing it was just a simple reset – no issues with my Fleet. It’s rare to find such honesty in car repair shops these days. Beyond that, their waiting area is a vision of modernity. No typical dusty auto repair shop scene here. Everything is meticulously organized by computer, and they even offered to email me a receipt! The service was accompanied by the assistance of a genuinely nice guy. IIf I actually lived in Wisconsin, I’d definitely have Half Mile do all my auto repair work just based on the honesty and how clean their whole auto shop looked; but since I was just passing through as a traveler, I’ll stick with my local repairman, but I’m not sure he’s as honest!
