Went here to get my tire checked out as it kept getting flat. They found a nail and plugged it and recommended a new tire "soon". Next day, drove to work, fine. Coming home at 5:30pm during rush hour traffic on the highway my tire pressure went from 36 to 0 in a matter of seconds. I barely had time to pull over and stop. I got stranded on a curve of the highway in the worst spot possible. Not sure how long plugs are good for but you'd think more than a day. Got my tire replaced elsewhere. Disappointed.

Brought my vehicle for transmission issues, Dennis check them out and inform me to take it to the dealer because of an extended warranty. His honesty was outstanding I would highly recommend getting service at Girard service.

Took my truck here for an alignment after changing my control arms. Told them I need an alignment pin put in because it’s missing. Paid 250 dollars and they never put the alignment pin in, told me I don’t need it haha. About a month after my tire is back at the angle it was at before. I jacked my truck up due to a clunk after, they didn’t tighten one of my control arm bolts after adjusting so good thing I took it into my own hands. I’d contact them to make it right but in order to do that I’d have to trust them first. Thankfully found a competent shop to do it the right way

Very impressed with Gerard’s and the service they provided us. Without mentioning any names, the shop we typically utilize started being impossible to get an appointment at a convenient time in addition the call may not be answered. Girard’s on Rawson was accommodating and honest with their assessment of our vehicle. We plan to go back for additional service. I highly recommend this business!!
