I need to Thank the owner of Franklin Automotive (Bruce). Did a brake job on my Ford Escape. Did an excellent job. Afterwards we had a strange noise. Took it back to Bruce. He immediately took the car in & found problem with the new brakes. He order a new set . Waited for delivery and replaced the faulty set. Stayed after his closing time to complete the replacement job. Knowingly we needed the car for work the next morning. All this was done at no charge because of the Franklin Auto guarantee. Working with Bruce at Franklin Automotive has always been a great experience. I drive a 2001 Dodge 2500 with a truck camper to the SW USA every winter & I have Franklin Automotive do any repairs needed before I leave. It's a good piece of mind knowing that any work done, will stand up to 6-7,000 miles that I accumulate while on my trip.
