Friendly, knowledge and do great work
Very trustworthy mechanics that take care of any issues quickly and give you confidence it’s being handled properly. Bruce and his team have saved me thousands. Have taken multiple vehicles there and will continue to do so.
The professionalism heard when Bruce answered the phone went a long way to instilling confidence from the very beginning and Franklin Automotive & Restoration did not disappoint! The work was done well and the car was ready far sooner than anticipated. The work done was explained in a polite and efficient manner that did not devolve into mindless chit chat about my day, the weather or other time wasting nonsense that is far too prevalent in customer service. Certainly I don't want any car trouble ever but I will definitely reach out to Franklin Automotive & Restoration when it does!
What a great experience! Bruce gave me the rundown on what was happening to my wife’s car and informed me what I can do. I could not ask for anything better. Kudos to Bruce!
