Had to replace a tire on my camper. So I called on my lunch break . The very friendly woman said to bring it in by 6 before they closed. The tire came in and I was out the door with a new tire before they closed. Nice people great customer service and a good price too.

Ten Pin has been my go to repair shop for years. When told by dealers, I need a certain type of repair, I took it to Ten Pin for a second opinion and they said I didn’t. It’s great to have a local auto repair shop that is not looking to make money, a priority over their integrity and making customers happy. I have compared Estimates from car dealers, And Ten Pin Has always given me a lower estimate for the exact same work needed. Their integrity is second to none. Someone you can trust with your automotive needs. I highly recommend. Ten Pin Motors for all your repair needs, be it tires, batteries, exhaust, motor, computers, alignment, front end, repairs, whatever the problem may be they will find it and won’t spend more money as necessary to get you back on the road safely. Great service today from Chuck at Ten Pin. He found the leak in my tire, put on my spare so I could get a new tire today. All at no charge to me. Thank you, Chuck!

Had a tumor show up on my 87 El Camino. They were able to get my new tires mounted and balanced for me in a timely manner for a great price. All employees including their mechanics were very friendly.
Ten Pin Motors did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing my car. They got me in quick and reassured me the repair wasn’t urgent and then got me scheduled for the repair. They performed the repair quick and even helped me charge my phone in the process. Also, they are wonderful members of the Fort Atkinson community, after the storms they helped provide food for people who were still powerless. I cannot recommend Ten Pin Motors enough, they are wonderful people and a great place to take your vehicle to get repaired.
We brought in our vehicle yesterday for some a/c issues and they were able to get it done the same day and even stayed late to make that happen. We paid a very reasonable rate and they even offered to deliver if it got to be too late! I highly recommend them and hope to see them prosper. First time getting serviced and will definitely be back!
Great local business! Highly recommended in the community. Decided to give them a try for an oil change after moving to the area, and they didn’t disappoint. They provided exceptional customer service and a quick turnaround! This place is our new go-to for car services!
Dropped a truck off to get diagnosed. Kept the truck for 3 days then I get a call stating they will not work on the vehicle because it was worked on before…that doesn’t make sense. Well they parked the truck on the side of the road and requested it get moved or will be ticketed by the city that night. Completely unprofessional

May 24, 2023A response to the above review: The vehicle that was scheduled was initially scheduled for a diagnosis of the 4x4 not working. The customer stated that he tried replacing a part that didn’t fix it so he was wanting it professionally diagnosed. The vehicle was towed in and not driveable on drop off. When our Master Certified technician made his evaluation of the vehicle in the parking lot, it was made aware that the vehicle had a “missing part” in regards to the vehicle being able to be shifted into gear. Needing a vehicle with no missing pieces, we called the owner. When the call was made to the customer about the vehicle missing a part, the customer said that he had forgot to bring that part down, but the part that was missing was broken. In that conversation with the owner of the vehicle, the owner was telling us what we needed to do to fix the vehicle despite the fact the vehicle was disabled with missing parts in its current form. The tone of the conversation wasn’t going well, and we made a choice to not service the vehicle. We did make the vehicle drivable for the customer by making a minor adjustment. We did that at no cost. We did move the vehicle from our parking lot to the road, and let the customer know he could drive it home with our no charge adjustment versus towing it. We parked it on the opposite side of the alternate parking, allowing 2 days to pick it up before he could possibly get a ticket. We made the decision to not work on a vehicle where someone else had taken it apart and not properly put it back together. We have very, very, very, very few customer complaints or issues, but the very few we have are almost always related to vehicles we are working on, where someone else has taken it apart and it now doesn't work. We just wanted to avoid having this issue. If the above mentioned review warrants a 1 star review by Merek, we understand… but feel it is important to let readers know our side of the story. -Wade - Owner
Called for a quote on an oil change, got a young man on the phone. Asked for a price on a full synthetic oil change and he could not give me a set price. Told me between 50-75 dollars. Called 3 other shops and they all had set pricing. Not impressed.

May 24, 2023Greg - Sorry you were not happy with the price range. We do not have a generic price for oil changes. A full synthetic oil change on a small 4 cylinder engine that takes less then 4 quarts of oil is far less then what would be on a 10 qt european oil change. Different oil types, different capacities, different cost. That is what we feel is fair and that is how we choose to price our oil changes. Sounds like we are not a good fit based on your expectations. Sorry for that and good luck with were you choose to go! -Wade
Would rate 6 stars if I could! Winnie and Lainey are such great doggos. Whenever I come into the establishment, they greet me and make me feel very welcomed. They are so calm and well mannered. You can really tell that they are very knowledgeable about vehicles. They create such a lovely environment. They hold your hand while you wait for your car which soothes any anxiety. They are both friendly and make every visit a pleasant experience. Also, they are super cute! I wish more businesses could employ such wonderful help. The other day, I brought my car in and they immediately sniffed out the problem! Since visiting this business, my skin is clearer and I wake up refreshed and energized. Ten pin has given me new appreciation for life. I have started intentionally breaking my car just to visit the dogs. Their employee Wade is also pretty nice but the dogs really make this place stand out from the rest! Keep up the amazing work Winnie and Lainey! You are such a valuable asset to this town and do not go unnoticed or unappreciated! They really are such an incredible inspiration and more businesses should strive to achieve their dedication to their work.
