Absolutely amazing service. From the time I made an engine diagnostic appointment over the phone because my check engine light came on, to when I walked out of the shop with my keys after the repairs were completed, I was blown away by the superior customer service at Centerway. Brian was very helpful in explaining the necessary repairs and the cost of the estimate, and never talked down to me like most car repair places do to women (in my experience, anyway). In addition, they gave me a great loaner car to use while the repairs were completed on my car at no extra cost, which was definitely above and beyond. The warranty and comparatively low-cost repair were just the icing on the cake. I sincerely appreciate everything that Centerway did for me, and I would never recommend anyone else!
