My car isn’t done yet, however the customer service I’ve received so far is phenomenal!!! Joyce is amazing and they offer you a rental if it’s taking longer than expected, they give you rides home and pick you up to get your car!!! I might be without my car over the weekend- Joyce offered to help me with any needs I may have while being without my car.I will most definitely keep my business here!! The guys are really respectful as well!!! They definitely haven’t made me feel belittled when it comes to car information!!! Thanks guys for going above and behind while trying to get my car back to me!! I am truly glad I chose this place for my cars needs!!

These people and the work they do are perfect examples of the kind of humans and services we need more of in this world! I'm like a traveling nurse, and last Friday I was on the 2nd half of my 2 day roadtrip back to the Pittsburgh, PA area from Fargo, ND when my cruise control quit on me and my brake lights wouldn't quit...at all. It was windy as hell on the highways, and with my huge cargo bag on the roof, my ankle was already killing me without my cruise control; and stopping was out of the question without killing my battery. I still had 9 hours to go. I'm not lucky enough to have AAA right now, so after some self-diagnosing, I started calling all over the place around 7am. Remember, I'm trying to get home to my bed after 6mos away, and I've got 3 cats in the Jeep with me. So time is of the essence, patience is thin, and due to my location where I know absolutely NO ONE, I'm completely at the mercy of strangers on the road who know I'm desperate to get home. I'd call 5-10 shops at a rest stop, get told that no one had time to see me, hit the road again and hope for the best a few towns away. Finally, someone who also couldn't help me told me to call Centerway in Janesville. The LOVELY lady at the desk put Matt on the phone, and after just a few minutes of listening to me and thinking about it, he told me to come on over. I was only about 15 minutes away at that point. When I got there, my brake light switch was already on order, so they waited patiently while I extracted all 3 cats in their carriers out of my messy roadtrip Jeep and Nate took it right into the garage. What really showed to me the caliber of human these people are was that they put their sweet, but gigantic, two office dogs into a closed room and even seemed to be trying to keep their voices down so as not to freak out my cats! They let me with my 3 cat carriers take up their waiting room floor while they interrupted their Friday schedule to help me get back home asap. Just amazing service and humanity from beginning to end. I wish I'd have paid more attention to timing...but I believe that within the span of 2 hours and with zero notice, they evaluated my problem, ordered my part and had it delivered, and repaired my jeep while so kindly accomodating us during our wait. Their pricing was incredibly fair as well! Without these wonderful humans, I very well might have had to spend money I didn't really have to stay in a hotel for the weekend, which would've meant, on top of the main repair, replacing my brand new battery after the non-stop brake lights drained it. These are honest, kind, and caring people who will take great care of you and your vehicle! They did it for me despite the fact that I'll probably never be in Janesvile WI to use their services again! Thank you again, to everyone at Centerway, for saving me tons of money and frustration that day! I sincerely hope that you're getting back tenfold the kindness that you showed me. You deserve all the best!
