I was in Wisconsin visiting family when I needed the protective shield under my car reattached. They took me in right away, and I was very impressed by their excellent service and care for such a small repair. The charge was very reasonable, and I was able to drive the 475 miles back home, confident that all was well. Wish I had a repair service here at home that was as trustworthy as they were.
It’s always a pleasure to do business with Rich’s. This time I had my wife’s Toyota minivan serviced while I waited. The work was done well and I got to spend a half hour or so with their new puppy.
I took my small diesel engine GMC ATV4 to Rich’s Truck for Service. They did a great job! I would recommend/use again. Nice to have a diesel mechanic so close to Fond du Lac that has experience & doesn’t overcharge.
