We have had many repairs from head gasket to CV axle joint and everything in between that needed repair. We have been going to Derek for over 5 years now and you wont find a mechanic that has more integrity and goes out of his way to help the customer as much as he can. He has come and help us get the car to his shop (Pop's Garage) when it wouldn't start or if something was not right he would check it to make sure it was safe to drive to his shop! Also Derek has very fair pricing and is really amazing with getting your vehicle in a timely manner. Pop's Garage i have and will continue to recommend to anyone who needs repairs. Derek is very knowledgeable and so helpful. He even put us in a loaner that was his car when we didn't have another vehicle in winter. He deserves more than 5 stars and he goes well over 100% for customer service!

Just like the last review he has held my truck hostage for well over an year and half and as he had my truck someone broke into it and stolen all my stuff and wiring out of the truck I gave him a running truck that's now only worth scrap he won't answer my calls or the door to his shop

Got a pair of used tires here a couple weeks ago and they have been doing great, Darrin was very helpful putting them on and balancing them. I also just had my assembly hubs replaced and CV axle both turned out great!! He was in contact with me throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this garage.

I was on my way to Green Bay Wisconsin and my tire blew on the freeway. After 24 hours of my car sitting in the same spot, it was towed to the Fond du Lac lot. I was trouble to figure out how I would get my car out, especially on a flat. After searching on Facebook for used tires in my size, I found Derek. He was very helpful and even picked me up from my residence to take me to the lot to get my car out of the tow lot, and he changed my tires on the spot. I really appreciate him going above and beyond in doing more than he had to, to make sure that he gave me exceptional service!
