Scammer should me tires that were said to be 6/32 actually were 2/32 . Try multiple times to contact him and nothing be careful with this guy big time scammer

I tried to purchase a vehicle from the shop owner, Derek. He needed to repair the transmission prior to my purchase. As such, I put $500.00 good faith money down on the vehicle. The owner informed me the repairs would take about 2 weeks. Finally after multiple months of lies, and excuses why the car wasn't ready I asked for my money back and found a different vehicle. It's now been 5 months since this began, and he refuses to return my money or answer calls. Beware of this shop, they take customer's money, and don't provide any service in return.

My sister-in-law's vehicle has been at this place a month with no communication or updates. He's dodging calls and texts. She can't even get her vehicle back from him. I guess next steps are to call the police so she can at least get her vehicle back and take it elsewhere. She's spent over $4,000 with this guy and cant even get a phone call back. Ridiculous!! We were trying to help her out since she hasn't had a vehicle to use but trying to share 2 vehicles between 4 people who all different shifts does not work long term!

I had an amazing experience with this mechanic. He went above and beyond to replace my tires at an agreed upon price. He was timely and knowledgeable in auto repairs. He even looked at other problem areas of my vehicle without hesitation. Definitely found my new go-to mechanic!

DODGING CALLS AND TEXTS FOR *MONTHS* AFTER PAYING $2,100.00 UP FRONT! I had been taking my vehicles to Derek for a few years and he was always straight forward and did good work. **However**, I went in and we talked about getting a lift kit, rims and tires for my Jeep. We figured out what parts were needed and on June 12th I gave him $2,100 up front to expedite the process. I didn’t hear from him again until I texted him on August 7th and asked what was going on. Then on august 18th I asked if he had any news on the parts and an outlook for a timeline. He said, “I should be seeing them all early part of the week and I can schedule the jeep in right after that.” Then I didn’t hear from him again for weeks. I had texted on 8/23, 8/25, 9/1 & 9/6 with no response. Then he finally responded on 9/7 with this: “Hey man, very sorry for the delay on all this, the last message I sent must not have went through- I was having phone issues and they ended up replacing my phone, I will have the remainder of everything needed and should be able to schedule it in and get it taken care of for sure by end of next week, I had a few medical things set me back and am playing catch up for sure but I will get you taken care of and I'll make it right by giving you a smoking deal on the labor portion for sure.” That was the last time I heard from him and it’s now November 16th. More than *5 months* after giving him money down because I trusted him. I’ve tried texting him 5 times, I’ve called multiple times and I even stopped at his shop 3 different times and knocked on both the front and back doors. ** I am hoping that he sees this and calls me back and we can get this settled so I can delete this. I don’t like doing negative reviews, but at this point he has literally STOLEN $2,100 from me. I hope it doesn’t come to having to get courts involved, but at this point I’m only giving it another couple weeks before that’s the next step.

Derek was amazing!!! He replaced two tires, one ended up needing a repair the next day due to running something over. He came to my house and replaced the tire free of charge. He is reasonably priced, and very friendly and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend.

Derek helped me out today with getting me new tires that I desperately needed! He was able to squeeze me in on short notice, and I couldn't be happier with his customer service! Very reasonable prices and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend, I will be a customer for life!
