My 2019 Tesla Model 3 was hit while parked in a garage and had some minor damage to the fender/bumper. They took care of it within a week and now I can't even tell it was ever hit. They kept me in the loop through the entire process and were easy to work with. I would definitely use them again in the future.
They did an amazing job getting us back on the road after our accident. They made a smooth process out of a rough time. Couldn't be happier
Phenomenal customer service! Brad kept me informed of my vehicle status when it was being repaired. Him and the staff were so helpful in every way. They even cleaned the exterior and interior before I picked it up, which was a nice little surprise. 1000% recommend this business. Thanks guys! Kayla
I hit a deer and had my car towed to Wilson’s CARSTAR. From the time my car got there to the time it was done was a very easy process. They kept me informed during the whole process and got my car done in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to take my car to them again but I sure hope I don’t have to.

Wilson Carstar provided an accurate and comprehensive estimate for repairs after my car was damaged by another driver. Repairs were well done in a timely manner. Wilson Carstar was professional and great ro work with.

I think it’s odd that you are asking for a review and I haven’t even gotten my car back yet. My insurance company’s app says we picked up the car, but we haven’t had any communication with the repair shop. There was a call to our secondary number, but no message and we didn’t know who it was until the middle of the holiday weekend
