Honest review- Willson car star I will recommend for sure. I had a 2016 Volkswagen that need some body work. All I gotta say is never go through progressive Insurance. My journey with car star was marvelous. Even tho it took almost 3 months to fix my vehicle, but other places were talking about months out to get my car in. They manage to fixed my car earlier than other places considering I had a foreign car. My car was clean, beautiful, and up to par from the outside. Didn’t even leave marks or anything. Shoutout to Jay even tho I was a pain in the butt, but he was so sweet and kind and updated me throughout the process. Great customer service!

Dropped SUV off 8 days ago for a fender bender, hijacked in the backyard the entire time not touched. At this point not sure this is a body shop or chop shop, no phone calls. Just fake texts saying it's completed. Getting close to consider it theft. State Farm recommended too, I wouldn't recommend that Insurance on top of it.

Car star did an incredible job, every small detail was taken care of by Mackenzie. Rental car etc. Her communication was on point and you knew that she had everything under control.

This shop has always put out excellent q quality repairs for me so I went to them for my rocker panel work. The job took longer than expected due to a part that was damaged upon receipt, but they reordered and ended up with another excellent job. I will continue to get my body work done here. The only difficulty I had this time was communication due to some employee turnover, but they are working through that and were up to speed by the time the work was done.
