On a short stay in Beaver Dam, I noticed some brake noises in the front end, I read the reviews for Southside and called them. They got me in right away, test drove then inspected my car. They said nothing was wrong enough to warrant repairs today, but that I should have it serviced within the next 2 months at home. I'm from Missouri, so the drive is not too bad from here. I'm so glad I called them! They didn't try to scare me into un-needed repairs (has happened alot before), and were thorough in their inspection. Beaver Dam is blessed to have Southside Automotive!

They were very helpful and did everything they could to get the parts needed to get the job done in one day.
A very good experience with Oscar and staff. I would recommend their service to anyone looking for a knowledgeable honest mechanic.

They were so awesome. People are great and prices are actually something we can afford!
Did not put The serpentine belt on correct car Is in worse shape now than when I took it into them would not recommend this shop to anyone. Took me a while to save up the money I spent fixing my car, went in with positive high hopes was very disappointed in the end.The owner did try to make it right but the car is still making a lot of noise have to take it to a different automotive shop horrible experience.

As far as the repairs go on your vehicle, when the engine/belt noise concern started, we inspected and replaced your serpentine belt with quality parts at no cost to you. All necessary adjustments were made, and we verified that no noises were present. It was also communicated to you that other pulleys on your vehicle had a chirp/squeal to them and could be cause for concern as well. Several weeks later, the car was in again for belt noise. Once again, we inspected your vehicle, test drove it, inspected belt condition and adjustment, and could not recreate noise or find anything wrong. We recommended to keep driving the car and monitor for noise. As stated before, there are several factors that could be causing this concern that may be out of our control. Never the less, thank you for giving us a try, and we wish you the best!
Inspected, diagnosed, and repaired the brake issue with my vehicle. Southside Automotive did a great job of communicating the issue found as well as completing the repair in a very timely manner. Prices were very fair considering the amount of time and speed taken to complete.
