I recently had the pleasure of using the services of an autobody collision shop, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. Initially, I brought my vehicle in for a door ding repair covered by my insurance, but I wasn't entirely happy with the color match after seeing the finished work. The team at the shop went the extra mile by working with my insurance company to add necessary services like paint blending to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction. What truly impressed me, though, was their honesty and integrity. I had been accidentally overcharged, a mistake I hadn't noticed. To my surprise, they reached out to me, acknowledged the error, and promptly issued a refund. This level of transparency and dedication to customer satisfaction is rare and greatly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, the staff at the autobody collision shop were quick, professional, friendly, and sincere. Their commitment to providing top-notch service and going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction is commendable. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of autobody repairs. It's not just about the quality of their work but also the trustworthiness of their team that sets them apart.
Takes forever for any repairs to happen. I've been waiting for my car to be repaired for two weeks and apparently everything is done but I can't take it home since they still haven't done the alignment which shouldn't even take this long. Also, when they initially called me yesterday to say the repair was complete, they did so by mistake and had to call me back after I'd already ordered an Uber to take me there - I got charged nearly $40 for a single Uber after the cancellation fees and had no car to show for it because of their negligence. That's a full tank of gas or groceries for the week. Customer service is virtually non-communicative, don't expect them to ever call/email you with updates on your vehicle or text you anything even if you opt into their text message service. Regarding the text messaging service, don't bother opting into it, it's ran by a 3rd party & they apparently have no control over it. Repairs are quality I'm sure but the service is lackluster, slow, and not what I'd want out of people I have to leave a very expensive piece of equipment with.
I had some factory paint issue on my new Bronco. My sales person had the body shop reach out to me which they did right away. They asked me when it was good to drop it off then were very accommodating when I needed to change the date. They had it for a total of 3 days with great communication and it looked great once I picked it up. Very smooth experience!
