Herb provided me with excellent customer service from the initial phone call until the final payment and release of my vehicle to me. I called around to a bunch of different shops and the cheapest quote I received was around $130 but no appointment times were immediately available and I would have had to wait a week or two at least. I called Victory and Herb assured that if I can bring my vehicle by 2:30pm today that I could get my tires serviced. I decided to go ahead and drop my vehicle off early and went to work around 1:45pm. My vehicle was ready for pickup at 3:30pm not even an hour later. I would definitely recommend Victory Auto Service for any of your automotive needs. They’ve serviced my wife’s car and a friend of mines’s truck as well! They’re fast, but very reliable and their work is guaranteed!

I had to have some major work done on my car and on my brothers recommendation took it to Victory. And while there were a couple hiccups on the way, they took the time to make it right. Shout out to Jake, great customer service! 10/10!

$128 for an oil/air filter change. Extremely high priced. On the plus side the workers were nice.

I worked with Herb at Victory Automotive. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to interact with. They squeezed me in when I was in a hurry and were very nice about it. This was my first visit to Victory, but it won't be my last. GREAT customer service!

I don't think this was intentional or anything, and customer service is great, however, I won't be coming here again. I was quoted 2600 to fix an issue in my vehicle. It ended up being closer to 2800, and did not fix the issue, though it did replace a part that was getting older. The actual problem turned out to be a much cheaper fix. He discounted it heavily and it turned out to be 300. So while I appreciate the effort, im still out 3000 for what should have probably been less than 1000. The part that was replaced wasn't making the sound i brought it in to begin with, and I probably wouldn't have paid to fix it, especially since there's 2 others that are probably just as old. The only reason I did in the first place was because I thought it was the source of the noise, and was going to fail imminently. I'm a college student with a wife and kid and that 3000 is really going to hurt us. I believe it was an honest mistake but it really cost me.

Victory was amazing! We were on a road trip and our vehicle started acting up. They got us right in and fixed what needed to be fixed so we could get on our way. Highly recommend them! Great service! Very personable!

I’ve brought a couple vehicles here a few times now, and been pleased with the experience at Victory. Herb and Jake have been very accommodating to my needs. Being that I live and work 30 miles apart from each other, trying to find a place that will work with my logistical challenges can be interesting. Here they have a clean and comfortable lobby, have given me rides to work a short distance away, and helped me out in a pinch with other items. They’re not the cheapest shop around, but you’re paying for convenience, good service, and a quick turnaround here. I’ve always been able to get a next day appointment (good luck with that anywhere else), and Herb has always been helpful, down to earth, and is a true car guy, which I appreciate.
