Joel was a super funny and nice guy on the phone. I brought my car in and they told me exactly what was wrong with it even though a different place told me something completely wrong that would cost more money. This is a trustworthy business that won't try to screw you over. Great business with great people. 100% will be going here next time I have a problem
Friendly, efficient, fair-priced. Joel & his mechanics Nic & Drew really know their stuff. Went in with a bad front wheel bearing. Also discovered a bad brake. They did a thorough inspection of several other concerns. Appreciated the time given to explain the best affordable options for my budget.

Joel & his team are great! They always make sure to get my car in as soon as possible and are very trustworthy. Recently I was experiencing some squeaking in my breaks, and because they replaced them just 6 months ago, he told me to bring my car in, and they would take care of the issue free of charge. They ended up replacing numerous parts to be extra cautious. I am very grateful for Joel’s Water Street Auto!
