As a former body tech, I was impressed with the professional and speedy work. They communicated well, and Alex made the experience painless. The updates via text was nice to know the status of my vehicle. He answered any questions I had and worked with me on things I didn’t want to have repaired. Initial inspection of the repair looks great! Would recommend if you need a repair.

Took my sons car here to get repaired because he had hit some sort of animal. Not only was the customer service great, the team was very knowledgeable and willing to help. When I took my son to pick up his car, I asked about a quarter panel on my Challenger RT that was sticking out a bit. They immediately took it into the shop and repaired at no cost. With out a doubt I will be bringing all my issues to them-Top Notch!!

I have been driving around with a tan paint smear on my passenger side door for over two years (a new driver hugged the side of the garage a little too closely). Finally decided to call and see what could be done. Sam surprised me when she said they could look at, and possibly take care of it, today and that’s exactly what the team at Caliber did. From the time I arrived, the car was looked at, taken back, paint removed, door buffed and I was on my way. They offered us complimentary beverages while we waited and everyone was so nice! All this in less than 20 minutes and for zero charge! I hope to never need Caliber Collision’s services again, but if I do, I’m certain we’ll be treated with the same outstanding customer service we received today. Thanks so much again!! :)

Estimated about 6 weeks but took care of almost 18k of damage from a deer in 4. My car looks beautiful and the communication between myself and the adjuster was awesome!
