The people at Bergstrom were extremely friendly and helpful! What started out as a stressful situation (as any accident is) was quickly turned into a manageable process thanks to Trevor and Sunny. I appreciated their communication, honesty and efficiency. It only took a few days for the shop to complete the body work. They did a beautiful job! I wish I had taken a picture. It almost looked better than when we bought it! Thanks again for all your help!

We were recently involved in a traffic accident in which the other driver was 100% liable. Trevor Gutzdorf, Dane Bjorklund and Darren Markert made a very stressful experience so much easier given their expertise, customer service and just plain human kindness. They took the time to explain in layman’s terms, the extent of damage to our car and the repairs that needed to be done. Our car looks and drives great and we could not be more appreciative.

Darren did a great job getting my car repaired properly. The body lines have been restored and the paint is gorgeous. After the great disappointment of my car being vandalized, the relief I feel of having the clock turned back is wonderful. Thank you, Darren!

I had the best experience working with Trevor and his team. He went above and beyond to get the actual body shop work done, along with scheduling secondary things at my request (window tinting and dent removal). They are flexible with scheduling and Trevor kept me updated frequently on status and even sent a picture once the tinting was done. My Forester was returned super clean and ready to go. I would highly recommend Trevor and team at Bergstrom. They exceeded my expectations!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!. I had my Murano in for body repairs after being hit. As my car was in Bergstrom's "secured lot", waiting for parts, my cadillac converter was cut right off and stolen. Daren, the body shop manager, absolutely refused to pay for my $500 deductable in which I had to file a claim with my insurance company. According to the police officer who filled out my report AND Daren, this is the THIRD time people's cars have had converters stolen. I asked Darin if there are any camera's in lot. NOPE. You would think that this an on going problem, Bergstrom would beef up security. Grant, the store manager has yet to return my phone calls. I can't believe Bergstrom treats their customers like this! I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE AGAIN. Don't think your car is safe in their lot, it's not! Correction: CATALYTIC CONVERTER. Silly woman who doesn't know anything about cars being taken advantage of.

I had an exceptional experience working with Trevor and Sunny. The repainting resembled that of the factory finish. The project was completed as promised. After my parked car was hit in a parking lot while I was at work, I took my car in to the bergstrom body shop. I needed a whole new bumper on the front end and various other mechanical components and sensors that newer cars all just need to have these days... I was nervous my car would never be the same again. It doesn't help that it's not a typical color (that kind of sparkly blue-grey color they call, "sonic gray pearl"). I figured a close match would be the best they could do. But when I went to pick it up, it looked like it was brand new again! The paint job looks flawless. I was, and still am, beyond stoked. I have mixed opinions of the Bergstrom Honda "service" center, so I was somewhat apprehensive using the bergstrom body shop initially, but the crew that worked on my car for body work at the Bergstrom "Body Shop" did a phenomenal job in a very fast time frame and they've far exceeded my expectations. Thanks guys!

Very dissatisfied in the service we are receiving. We were told to bring our vehicle in March 23rd from hitting a deer on March 20th. They took pictures and sent us on our way. Then, April 12th (Tues) we were called and told they would start working on it “Thursday.” We assumed that meant the Thursday coming up as in April 14th. We dropped our vehicle off April 13th. We were then called and told there was a misunderstanding and that they had intended to start working on it the following Thursday (April 21st). They said we could come get it, but we decided to make it work with one vehicle as we just wanted it done. The estimated date of completion was May 3rd. We received zero communication from Bergstrom until after the date it was supposed to be completed (May 4th). Infuriatingly we were then told that the wrong grill was ordered and there was a long line to get a new one as there is a parts shortage. Why was this just discovered/communicated after we were expected to have a COMPLETED vehicle? Bergstrom told us we could get our vehicle (NOT completed) today May 5th at that time. We were getting ready to go pick up our vehicle today only to get a call that they had just finished putting it back together and we can pick it up tomorrow- May 6th. Raging mad at this point and will never bring another vehicle here.
