If I could give more stars, I would. Deer ran into my car. Dropped my car off so insurance could write an estimate. From there, Kunes took care of everything. Everyone I dealt with was so nice. They provided a loner for me, which they DID NOT have to do. Which saved me so much money. They took a very stressful event and made it easy. My Ecosport came back and looked amazing. Kudos to all of you. I would recommend them highly.

Awful place. Dont go there. They lie about everything. Very lazy insurance writers.
They were very helpful when I initially dropped my vehicle off, and again when I picked it up. They did an excellent job, can't even tell the body parts that got replaced. Got a complimentary car wash too, which was nice.
I am extremely disappointed in this place. Our car was taken for front end repairs and the repairs were awful. Weather stripping was hanging, tons of sensors were not plugged in causing issues when driving, undercarriage guards were put back on not using the correct hardware (they blamed this on us lol), ect. They refused to take accountability for the poor repair job. Their customer service is awful. They are unprofessional and will lie. As a big Kunes customer, this struck me hard. We have purchased a dozen cars from Kunes and were dedicated customers, but this incident was a final straw. We will begin to look elsewhere. Your customer integrity has hit a low spot. You guys are just getting too big.
