Walked in here for a car for my daughter who I wanted her to do it all on her own & try to build up credit. The salesman was very friendly along with another woman who greeted us. But… the car we went to see we didn’t get a chance to look at because salesman kept bringing other things around and trying to up sell. I get it they make more money but sometimes it best to get in get out when ya no what you want & your budget. So happy we waited she got a great deal somewhere else for the car she wanted.

My wife had hit a deer on her way to work. Because it happened on the interstate the police had it towed right away. It is a 2021 Dodge Durango with less than 11k miles that we have had 10 months. We wanted the car towed to a repair shop right away to avoid storage fees and also to get the work started. When my wife called, she asked about having it towed to Kunes to get everything started. The first thing she was told is that they do not make appointments for estimates. My wife explained that we wanted them to do the repairs. The person on the phone was short with my wife and immediately transferred to a person who didn't answer their phone. We tried to GIVE them our business, but they made it seemed like they didn't want it.

Awesome experience. Dropped off my car for repairs due to the ice storm. They let me us a loaner car total free of charge. Now just waiting for the final part to come in. Super friendly staff, kept me informed on everything. By far the best shop in the organization

Wasn't impressed initially with the work, less than a year later after actually looking at it closely, I see why it never looked right, and it's so simple and stupid that I will longer be trusting Kunes with any of my automotive needs.

Had a few bumps in the process for getting my car repaired and it ook awhile to get the parts for my car but once the parts came in... the repairs were done very quickly.
