They treat me differently depending on what car I bring in

Had a flat tire 6.5 hours away from home. ATS was able to see me immediately, and had me back on the road in no time. Very courteous, very efficient staff.

Let me first start with I have been having my vehicle serviced by a ford dealership in Brookfield WI, however we are on vacation in Osseo and some of the repair work I had done about 2 weeks ago started to fail because of poor workmanship.. On our way to Osseo we were losing alot of oil coming up 94.. We made it to the campground, thankfully.. The next morning we started calling service centers and finally got ahold of the great people over at ATS Complete auto repair.. After a short phone call they promised no matter the issue that they could have our vehicle back to us before we head back home... Later that day we managed to find someone to take us to thier service center As soon as I entered the shop I was immediately greeted and promised they could get the vehicle on the rack promptly and let me know exactly what was going on.. (I'm used to dealing with ford dealerships and looking at things immediately doesn't happen) After I left ATS within 4 hours they had checked things out gave us a call to explain the repairs and said they could start right away tomorrow a.m... Flash forward to the following day at around 10:30 a.m. Katie and I received a call saying the vehicle was done and ready to be picked up... I'm going to be honest here the first time I had the botched repair done by the ford dealership they had my truck for 4 days for the same exact job.. Apon picking up the truck from Ats I was immediately greeted with a smile from the friendly staff.. After a brief conversation with the gal at the desk she grabbed a gentleman from the back.. Because they knew I was going to have to submitt this bill to the previous people that worked on the truck they kept and took detailed pictures of all the broken parts and gave them to me and forwarded all the pictures to me aswell.. I have never in my life felt so taken care of and some how even felt like I was doing them a favor for fixing my truck.. In all honesty with their prompt serves and detailed operation they saved our vacation!!!!!! Thank you to everyone at ATS Complete Auto Repair.. Absolutely amazing people!!!!
