Didn’t try to push me into repairs I didn’t need, made recommendations for repairs that I will need in the future as a “heads up” kinda thing, got my car back in a timely manner

I was in a bind because I had to get to WA state for a family emergency. I called & talked with Scott, briefly explaining the vehicle issue as well as my urgency & was told to bring it in & they would look the following day. my vehicle wouldn't start so I had to have it towed in. their plan was to diagnose my no crank no start issue as time allowed between already scheduled appointments. I was totally impressed that they did that. & boy did my repair end up being kind of a mess. aging ignition cylinder & previous owners uneducated wiring abilities made for very close call of me having to wait through the weekend to get on the road to WA. at some point John stepped in &, let me tell you, i really like his style/method of problem solving. & that is probably due to the fact that we attack hurdles very similar.. so speaking with him about what was going on was made that much easier & understandable. by utilizing the internet's endless reach of information there is not a thing I have come up against that could not be solved or put to rest. I have to say I am thoroughly impressed all around. their skill levels seem to be amongst the best of the best shops I have ever been to. their personable human nature is as present as their skills. & their willingness to give me nearly instant help because of my family emergency is the part that touches me the most. there is no question about "if" i would return to this shop but the question of "when" remains. I head back to WA state in a couple of days thanks to all the awesome people at ATS Complete Auto Repair. SO YOU ALL PLEASE GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. you won't be disappointed!! THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE AT ATS!!
