They explained everything and told me how to get reimbursed for my tow charge

Sat there for longer than I thought I should for an oil change but that’s because I didn’t realize everything that they do! Very impressed with the inspection. More I know how long it’ll take so I won’t have any problems!

They charged me $300 for a 3 mile tow and I found out Chad’s would have only charged me $100. It cost me less to get my car fixed. Don’t call them for a tow.

Nov 24, 2023Thank You for your review. We charged a fair rate for the service we gave you given it was an emergency call from the police to remove the vehicle. Had you given Chad's accurate information they would have quoted you a very similar price to ours. We hope you find a towing service that better fits your budget.
Chris always helps me, but I can vouch for the entire staff. These guys are awesome and know their stuff! This is the only shop I will ever take my vehicles to. I have done the manufacturer shops before, but they don't do the great work and stand behind their work as much as Adams does. I have been going here for well over a decade and have only praise for them. They have fixed it all for me - from basic oil changes, to new tires, to fixing my power steering - they do it all and do it great! And right behind their building is a good restaurant to visit while they work on your vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about this shop and the people that work there. Thank you to everyone at Adam's for all you do!!
