The driver was busy, found out my situation, and showed up quicker than he originally stated. While waiting, another car got a flat and parked right by me, while the driver (tow truck) was hooking my vehicle up, allowed me use of his tools to change the tire of the other vehicle. (Mine is too new and didnt come with a spare). Very quick, efficient and professional.
