We are sorry you had a bad experience here at our shop. We do our utmost to keep our customers happy. When the vehicle was dropped off, the vehicles fuel gage read completely empty, and the statement was the vehicle would repeatedly go into limp mode. We put $15 of fuel in it. The mechanic had three hours into diagnosing your vehicle and only charged you 1.25 hours which we thought was fair. The vehicle was taken on multiple test drives and had our mechanics looking at it throughout the days it was here, and it never acted up. The only thing that the computer had stored were codes for a potential PCM issue, which, we needed more evidence to correctly diagnoses this issue instead of making assumptions and running the risk of installing unnecessary parts. As a repair facility, it is our goal to keep you and your vehicle on the road as happily and safely as possible. It appears from your review we didn’t meet this standard, and we would have appreciated to remedy the issue before a review was written. Dylan, we are sorry the vehicle that you looked at didn’t meet your expectations. We always go over and above to make the vehicles the best that they can be but some things can happen out of our control. We do our best do disclose anything they need if any. I’m sorry if I didn’t answer your questions that you had but it seems to me that it all came down to the price we had listed as we told you that we were firm on the price of the vehicle before you drove here to look at it. Every question that was asked through Facebook messenger was answered, including, sending the vin number that was requested, sending over the inspection sheet, saying our price was firm, and sending over the purchase agreement to the bank that was provided to us. We stand behind everything we sell here at Steve’s Hillcrest Truck and Auto, and, are always here to try to make things right if something were to come up after vehicles are purchased. We feel this review inaccurately portrays our business due to us clearly stating our intentions before arrangements were made.
