Staff person was welcoming and very clear about the agreed-upon oil change & tire rotation, offering a free carwash as well which I accepted. An estimate of time required was given, but the service team took less time than that.

This is my fourth Honda CRV. The Friendship and Service has been excellent. In fact my Salesman Kevin from Ken Vance Honda even answer a phone call from me on a Sunday . I was driving home from Milwaukee after a heavy snow fall. My wheels seem unbalanced and didn’t know what to do. He told me how to take care of it. I had a Very Good Safe Trip driving home. That’s Good Service! Thank You Kevin
