As usual the work was done well, I believe. My only concern was the service to be perforrmed was estimated to be about $500 the day I made the appointment. When I signed to approve the work order, I was told it would be about $1000. The first quote ignored the fact that my vehicle had a certain 10 speed transmission. I think all of the 2018 vehicles like mine have that transmission. That appears to be the classic bait and switch, don't you think!

I was very pleased with my recent service appointment. I was able to save significant money as the company provided me with a free oil change due to this being my first appointment since purchasing my Honda. I had a couple questions the service manager answered in a manner easy to understand. The complimentary car wash was another plus. I had purchased two other Hondas here previously…I guess #3 is the charm!

Always efficient staff. Jess is always pleasant and upbeat. Always easy to work with. Waiting room is always clean. Love the board telling us where in time line work on our car is progressing.

We were on time you guys got us in out,and we made my Dr's appointment, we were very pleased with your service! We drove a 100 miles to get there but it was worth it to us, thank very much, we like the car very much,we'll see you next oil change!! 😀
