I personally never leave reviews. However when I am following up with a business that has said to follow up and I call and it seems I can't hear them after they say hello, so I wait and call back just to be told by Mark NO Don't call back ever. Like a simple no thank you works. Or we won't be helping, but when I am told to follow up and then you answer phone and are rude that is poor customer service skills going on.

Won't honor the warranty!!! Had my rear brakes done here. Everything seemed fine. 7 months later, the same brakes go out again. I bring it in and they tell me the paper work says the front brakes are what was worked on. The manager looks and says the front brakes are still factory and the back is shot. They refuse to do any warranty work because they input the wrong information. Even with obvious evidence against their paperwork.
I went here because I had a $20 off any oil change coupon. They were honest and super friendly. One guy even gave me advice on where to get my exhaust welded and saved me a ton of money on the repair. They even check to make sure all your signal lights, headlights, high beams, taillights and brake lights are all working which most places never do. Overall it was the best experience possible and I will definitely be back again that's for sure!
