Horrible Service. Spent 3000 dollars on maintenance on a snowmobile and 2 lawn tractors. We picked up the snowmobile and it now had the engine light on and it's making an awful racket, it did not have the engine light on when we dropped it off. The coolant is nearly completely empty. One of the lawn tractors the mower deck blades won't engage and they didn't install parts we were charged for (2 deck spindles) We called and asked them to work with us on these issues. Ownership was combative, and had an immature difensive response when asked to please work with us on these issues. Stay away from this place they are way over priced as many have also said and very deceitful with their service and billing. It's not hard to test out the machines before they are picked up to see they are working people. Unfortunately some places just don't care.

Brent, *EDIT* NOT TO MENTION YOU USING YOUR SISTERS ACCOUNT TO LEAVE ANOTHER BAD REVIEW. THANKFULLY SHE IS NOT A LIAR LIKE YOU AND HAD HER (YOUR) FAKE REVIEW REMOVED. I am truly sorry you feel this way however, your machines were dropped off in October of 2023, we spend MANY hours repairing each of your machines and you were only charged for the parts that were replaced. Each of your machines were in need of a lot of repair due to the age of the machines (repairs that you authorized) we had to search for parts as they were no longer available through the manufacturer (due to the age). Many of the parts had to be fabricated in order to work in your machines (which led to extra time but a stronger, more reliable part). ALL PARTS ON YOUR INVOICES WERE CHANGED! We do not charge for parts nor service we do not perform. As you state in your review, you did call to discuss these issues but you left out the part were you said you would have each of your family members and all of your employees (whom have never been here) write bad reviews if we didn't give your money back. So in other words, you are threatening my business. If you look at your invoice, you were never charged for 2 deck spindles and if you read the notes provided you will see that the deck spindles did not need to be replaced. Let's not forget that your machines have all been sitting here for 5 months and you just paid the bill a few weeks ago but they have all been ready since last year. You never returned our calls or made any attempt to pay for months. Again, you authorized each repair as we call all of our customers with estimates prior to ordering parts and performing the repairs so our customers do not get an unexpected surprise. Feel free to bring each of your machines back along with the copies of your invoices with the parts we charged you for and I will be happy to point out each part that was replaced, I guarantee you have not been charged for anything that was not replaced. I recently purchased a used Arctic Cat 660T Touring snowmobile from the eastern end of the U.P. I've snowmobiled my whole life but never owned a 4 stroke. I took the sled to Pembine sport and lawn. First time ever there. The people (and great dane) were friendly and took the sled and gave it an oil change, chain case drain and fill and went through the sled. Price was very fare as their labor rate is $20 to $30 less than some dealerships.

So far so good.. did warranty work on my UTV. Told me two weeks. But the technician was on vacation the 2nd week. So work took almost 4 weeks. Needed frontend work so only time will tell if work was good. People are very friendly and so is the Great Dane that meets you.

Alert:::::------ Overcharge Alert We were there, rented UTV, nice place, well equipped UTV, staff was courteous, that is where nice things end. After two days, I found that they charged me $140 extra. Upon calling lady on phone said that it was charged because they put $4000 hold on my card. I have never day any place charge that to me. She said it was written in the contract. When she explained the charges n contract she pointed out other charges but never this and also explained if we damage we will have to pay. And at that point she herself said no one reads it and there nothing else in the contract which I need to know. I will reach our BBB, economic board and my card. But it is a scam.

All charges were processed BEFORE your group took the rentals out for the day. Your contract, credit card receipts and our website which includes the rental prices all match what you were charged. If there was an issue, why not discuss it before taking the rental for the day? You had the receipts and contract in your possession. Moreover, after your group came back all of you were very happy about the day, discussing another rental day as well as purchasing new UTV from us and so on. This is why your poor review is very confusing. The only other charge was for the fuel you used ($30.00) which was deducted from your security deposit. Let’s recap - Your group reserved 2 machines as there was 5 people in your group. When you arrived to sign the contracts, we did review and discuss the contract, rental rules and so on. Of the 5 in your group, only 1 had a credit card that would allow the Security Deposit for BOTH rental machines to be charged. The rental fees and security deposit amounts are listed on our website as well as discussed with you when you call to make the reservation. Most importantly, I will once again remind you that all charges (except for fuel) for the rental(s) were processed BEFORE you left with the rental only after signing the contracts and agreeing to all fees and charges. NO ONE here said that no one reads the contract and there is nothing more you need to know. You have the contracts with all charges listed, and the receipts from the credit card transactions that all have matching totals. Your group made a last-minute decision to use one rental instead of two. Our refund policy is very clear; NO REFUNDS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE RENTAL DATE however, your group was very nice to deal with that we made an exception and refunded all but $150 of the rental fee. This machine was reserved for your group for the day and subsequently unavailable for other perspective rental customers. Your group understood this and was very happy with the accommodations made. We charge 3.5% service fee with ALL credit card transactions; this is the amount our credit card processing company takes off our bottom line. We can not refund this amount as it is not refunded to us if there is a reversal in the transaction. MOST (small) businesses charge a service fee to cover this cost (normally 5-15%) as small businesses have a harder time absorbing these fees. This policy is listed on our website as well as written on the contracts you signed and posted on the counter you signed the contracts on so it should be of no surprise. As a fellow small business owner, I would think you would understand service fees, how they work and how they can quickly cost a business a lot of money. We look forward to hearing from the BBB, your credit card company or whoever you contact as we are positive given the before mentioned receipts, contracts, and clearly advertised price for the rental machines, this will be resolved in our favor. This is especially frustrating given the positive feedback you had given after returning the rental. To that end, we still hope you enjoyed the day with your friends.

After a terrible experience at Pembine Sport and Lawn and the owner posting lies about us, we took the atv to Ken's Sports, where the staff was courteous and professional. They discovered that the problem was indeed the fault of Pembine Sport - they had failed to put a seal back in after changing the oil. I am not mad about the mistake - mistakes happen sometimes. However, the way we were treated was inexcusable.

Had our 100 hour service done on our UTV and lighted whips installed, service was excellent and paid great attention to detail with all wires hidden and went beyond expectations. We couldn’t be happier. They also repaired some minor details that were noticed, fair pricing and excellent service. Would recommend to everyone!

After a number of years of reasonable service, I can now see why there are a number of terrible reviews of this business. After having problems possibly from the servicing of our bikes. I talked with a number of coworkers about what reaction they would have after having servicing done in the fall, and then parking the bikes until last weekend. At this point noticing a larger oil puddle under one of the bikes. The standard response was that I would bring it back to the shop and have them do a quick look at it to see if they did something wrong. Well that is where the problem started the wife (I believe) behind the counter said that she would do nothing. Then accused me of raising my voice when she was yelling at me. Her husband as we left the shop yelled at us, because his wife was yelling. At no point did we ever say that we expect them to pay for anything or to hurry. All that needed to happen is for the wife to say, Our Service Tech is gone, but my husband could take a quick look to ensure that the drain plug was put in correctly. The "husband" did finally do a quick check and determined that the plug seemed to be in tight and explained that the leek was coming from higher up the engine and likely a seal. I do not know this to be true or false, but I am giving the benefit of the doubt. At this point my wife were discussing what to do now and they both came back out an berated us that it was 10 months since the service and why would I expect them to do anything. I had informed them earlier that it was the first time out for the season. They could have easily verified this through the mileage or engine hours on the bikes. At this point the husband says that they did not care if we ever come back as they have enough business that we were irrelevant. Also said that any review that we write they will write a response to. I fully expect a full rebuttal to make them look not as bad. Read the poor reviews that are listed they all have this. I will never come back. This happened after 5 years of adequate service.

This is all false. Cameras tell a different story. After reviewing the camera it is clear you were yelling at the lady behind the counter and as anyone would expect, you were asked to leave. There were other customers there before you but you expected immediate service. Pushing them aside to appease you was not correct. All services that were performed 10 months ago were performed correctly. We did look at your machine even after you told other customers not to have their machines serviced here and you spent $500 to travel while walking out raging. The leak was all but gone and it appears to be a seal that has likely dried up. It's an older machine, this happens as explained. What was left was very little residual oil on the frame and nothing else leaking. We advised you to check the oil often (as you should anyway) and there was nothing to worry about immediately. Even after trying to help you although you were very rude from the beginning, you still kept the threats of social media backlash. There was nothing else that could be done to solve your issue. The seal could not be fixed immediately. This person was especially unhappy that the lady behind the counter was not going to take his abuse. We did say your threats of social media backlash is not a concern as most people, like us, are intelligent enough to know these reviews are all too often completely false. More importantly, the threat of such false accounts of the encounter to be posted on social media to gain an advantage is the only motive you had and should not be encouraged. That is, we will not be threatened with social media retaliation for not tolerating your abusive demeanor and entitled expectations of pushing other customers aside and as such did tell you we were not concerned. Again, the camera tells a different story.
