Had my daughters cars fixed here, fuel pump, tires. Coil pack, brakes. Then we were quoted $3,000+ for exhaust work?

Came in today for an emissions test with the ulterior motive of arranging to get tires on 2 of my cars, and setting up some maintenance and was completely ignored and dismissed. To be clear, I am a very friendly guy, I asked if they sold tires, the lady behind the counter didn't look up from her phone and after a few seconds said said dismissively "yup" and I waited...she kept texting. I then said 'so... no one wants to sell me tires?" And was completely ignored. Again, I have no idea why. Like I said, I'm friendly and like to spend money on my cars...what better customer can you ask for?

I will be addressing this situation tomorrow with the person who decided to give you this poor customer service. Please accept my apology. This is the last thing I want to hear my employees doing when someone is inquiring about services needed on their vehicle. If you would like to give us another try I'd be happy to help you out. These guys have always done right by me. I’ve been here 6-7+ times for my vehicle and my wife’s. Honest, solid work. Never have I left thinking I’ve been overcharged or taken advantage of. Not many places left with integrity like this! A++

After getting a few quotes from different shops around the area, I took my truck to Greg and his crew. After talking to them and explaining what the problems were, they were able to explain what was needed and what they recommend for future services down the road. They were personal and respectful every step of the way. I will definitely be returning all my vehicles and recommending everyone to Greg's shop
