Being 1000+ miles from home and at the mercy of emergency services I had never anticipating needed, I cannot give enough praise to the service department at Hallada! The service manager was extremely pleasant as was the rest of the staff in the service department, especially given the fact that I had my Golden Retriver with me. They had me come in immediately and it was only hours later I was back on the road, even in time to meet the folks we had planned on schedule. They even helped unload the kayak and bikes off the Dodge Ram Promaster chassis! Everyone was very pleasant, very accommodating, making numerous phone calls to vet out what part numbers translated to what parts they had available. I will be forever grateful that the issues with my Winnebago Travato were fixed. Not even a Ford! (As if I didn't already have a fondness in my heart fort Ford, they sealed the deal now!). A huge THANK YOU to the Hallada service department!!!

I am an out of state purchaser because Hallada is the closest dealership I could find with the vehicle I wanted and the entire Hallada team I worked with made the whole process hassle free. From my first call with Kyle about the vehicle and putting down a deposit, he kept me constantly informed on the vehicle shipping status and even took the time to send me YouTube videos about the car prior to my arrival to pick up the vehicle. While waiting for the vehicle to be delivered to Hallada, I worked with Kyle and Nick to get all my financing information taken care of ahead of time so when I arrived all I had to do was review the paper work and sign. The whole process of purchasing the vehicle with Hallada was fantastic and stress free and I am glad I got to work with them. I also have to give a shoutout to Tom who picked me up from the airport; very friendly guy and great conversationalist. Thank you Kyle, Nick, and the whole Hallada team!
